Store Policies
Every order is made when it is received. Please measure your dogs' neck carefully and email us with any qestions. If you order the wrong size, you may return it (in new and unworn condition) within 7 days of receipt; for a $5.00 fee plus shipping costs, we will be happy to make a different size.
We do not accept returns on custom and/or embroidered items. If you would prefer a certain lining for your collar, please let us know.
