Shaka Dog Hawaii is now offering Hound Collars; also known as Tapered Martingales or Lurchers.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a high end trim and is only available in the hound collar style up to a size 13". Matching lead is not available.p>
We are currently able to make these up to 13 inches. If you need a larger size, please contact us for availability and pricing. These are 1.5 inches wide, and taper down to .5 inches. A colorful trim of your choice is sewn onto a strong nylon webbing and we finish them off with a thick and soft Blizzard Fleece lining.
Regular Hound Collars slip over the head and do not adjust.
Adjustable Hound Collars slip over the head but have extra webbing and a beaded slide to adjust for a perfect fit. We recommend this style only when the collar is being connected to a leash due to the excess webbing.
Hound Collars with Buckle slide over the head but allow for extra room to fit, then snap together with a snap buckle. We add a D-ring on both sides of the buckle for extra safety.
We also offer an all-in-one Hound Collar/Lead at an additional charge. Great for those quick outings.
